With the Basil Buddy dog bike basket KF in front, you can take your dog (or cat) anywhere you go. The blue basket is 45 x 32 x 22 cm – perfect for smaller dogs. The bike basket comes with a cushion for your pet to sit comfortably and includes a strap to securely fasten it. The basket is made of non-toxic and durable plastic. This way, you can easily keep the basket clean and it can take a beating. On to many safe miles with your dog!
The Basil Buddy is easy to assemble with the included Basil KF handlebar holder. For the safety of your four-legged friend, the Basil Buddy KF should only be mounted in combination with the Basil KF handlebar holder. The Basil KF handlebar holder is easy to attach to your handlebars. Simply click the basket onto this system. If you'd like to go out on the road without your four-legged friend, then click the basket back off just as easily. The Basil KF handlebar holder fits (almost) all bikes, including your electric bike thanks to the extra expansion elements.
Need extra protection for your dog? The buddy dog bike basket can be extended with the Basil Buddy space frame: a handy wire dome that you can place over the Basil Buddy.

The KlickFix system makes it easy to attach your dog basket to your carrier. It’s just as simple to click the basket on the front of your bike. While cycling, you can rest assured the basket is held firmly in place.
The basket is made of PP plastic and therefore, very easy to clean.
Moreover, the material is not toxic to your animals. If your dog is the kind to gnaw on his surroundings, there’s no need to fret as this basket and its plastic contain nothing harmful.

What’s more, if you’re looking at a journey where travelling by car isn’t practical, the Buddy makes an ideal alternative.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products for UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within two to five business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe. These products will have a longer delivery time frame. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@petsownus.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused* product for a full refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please get in touch with us within the first 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with clear and hassle-free instructions.
Please ensure that the items are returned in an unused* and resalable condition, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, we offer a 30-day period for repairing or replacing any faulty goods. We take pride in our positive customer reviews and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction.
*Unused condition allows you to inspect the item, similar to how you would in a shop, upon receiving it, to confirm its suitability. However, it should not show any signs of outdoor use, wear, pet hair, marks, or scents.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason, as long as the item is unused and in resalable condition. To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a clear statement via email to support@petsownus.co.uk.
When exercising the right to cancel, please ensure that the items are returned in an unused condition, with the packaging in a resalable (as new) condition within 30 days of notifying us about the cancellation.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 30-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. However, we may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if they were unnecessarily handled or damaged during the return process.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, within 30 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of you sending back the goods, whichever comes first. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees during this process. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is not faulty.
Refusing an order without confirmation from us may result in the order becoming lost in transit, and in such cases, we will not refund the value of the goods. Any losses or damage incurred from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order.

To initiate a return, please make sure that the product was received within the last 14 days. Send an email to support@petsownus.co.uk with the following information:

Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the appropriate returns address.
Damaged or Faulty Items Received
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist you accordingly. In such instances, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement where applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to return shipping of these items.
You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address.
If you have ordered an incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
