Hello, my name is Tyr, and I am nearly 14 years old. I live in the country and used to love my walks before my joints started to hurt, especially when we go to town walking on the hard pavements. I have to visit the vet every 4 weeks for pain relief injections. My new Cheetah-mobile is wonderful. I am given a short sniffing walk, then I am lifted into the buggy and strapped in. I did try to get out the first time, but I soon realised just how much attention I received when people realised I was riding high! The cushion is a bit slippy, so I have been given a comfy one on top, which is more snuggly. This is the life - where are we off to now?
This stroller is sturdy, easily manoeuvred, stylish and easy to store. My dog molly loves it and so do I.

Purchased the Allure Cheeter stroller for my 13 year old Westie who struggles a little on day trips and we road tested it in Edinburgh last week and it was fabulous and was so sturdy when going up and down the old cobbled streets. Plenty of room for Lola to lay down comfortably when she wanted to rest and handy compartment to put shopping underneath the cabin part as well as phone fitting securely in the little compartment next to the cup holders.
Lots of complements received about the stroller and definately worth the investment.
Absolutely fantastic, wide access for my Westie. Spacious enough for two. Steering superb and easy to control . Good storage , cup holders etc. A nd a lovely wide angled view. A very very happy passenger

We offer Free Shipping on all our products for UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within two to five business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe. These products will have a longer delivery time frame. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@petsownus.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused* product for a full refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please get in touch with us within the first 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with clear and hassle-free instructions.
Please ensure that the items are returned in an unused* and resalable condition, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, we offer a 30-day period for repairing or replacing any faulty goods. We take pride in our positive customer reviews and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction.
*Unused condition allows you to inspect the item, similar to how you would in a shop, upon receiving it, to confirm its suitability. However, it should not show any signs of outdoor use, wear, pet hair, marks, or scents.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason, as long as the item is unused and in resalable condition. To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a clear statement via email to support@petsownus.co.uk.
When exercising the right to cancel, please ensure that the items are returned in an unused condition, with the packaging in a resalable (as new) condition within 30 days of notifying us about the cancellation.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 30-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. However, we may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if they were unnecessarily handled or damaged during the return process.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, within 30 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of you sending back the goods, whichever comes first. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees during this process. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is not faulty.
Refusing an order without confirmation from us may result in the order becoming lost in transit, and in such cases, we will not refund the value of the goods. Any losses or damage incurred from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order.

Damaged or Faulty Items Received
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist you accordingly. In such instances, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement where applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to return shipping of these items.
You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address.
If you have ordered an incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
