Great little pram

This is a great well design pram, i get my two pupps in the top section and my older dog in the bottom. It is very well designed with different covers and various windows, all zipped into place. It also breaks down easily with two buttons, one that you slide and one you click, then you just turn the handle. Simple. It really is a lovely well designed little pram.

Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping on all our products for UK mainland.

We do our best to have your order shipped within two to five business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe. These products will have a longer delivery time frame. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@petsownus.co.uk for an accurate quote.

If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

Thank you for choosing Pets Own Us for your purchases. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we want you to be completely happy with your items. However, if you find yourself not entirely satisfied, we offer a simple and straightforward Returns Policy.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused* product for a full refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please get in touch with us within the first 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with clear and hassle-free instructions.

Please ensure that the items are returned in an unused* and resalable condition, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, we offer a 30-day period for repairing or replacing any faulty goods. We take pride in our positive customer reviews and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction.

*Unused condition allows you to inspect the item, similar to how you would in a shop, upon receiving it, to confirm its suitability. However, it should not show any signs of outdoor use, wear, pet hair, marks, or scents.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason, as long as the item is unused and in resalable condition. To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a clear statement via email to support@petsownus.co.uk.

When exercising the right to cancel, please ensure that the items are returned in an unused condition, with the packaging in a resalable (as new) condition within 30 days of notifying us about the cancellation.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract during the 30-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. However, we may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if they were unnecessarily handled or damaged during the return process.

We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, within 30 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of you sending back the goods, whichever comes first. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees during this process. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is not faulty.

Refusing an order without confirmation from us may result in the order becoming lost in transit, and in such cases, we will not refund the value of the goods. Any losses or damage incurred from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order.

To Return a Product

To initiate a return, please make sure that the product was received within the last 14 days. Send an email to support@petsownus.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order reference number
  • Your address
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date the goods were received by you
  • If you originally ordered multiple items, specify which ones you want to return

Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the appropriate returns address.

Damaged or Faulty Items Received

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist you accordingly. In such instances, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement where applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds 

Should you wish to return or cancel a product, you (the buyer) can do so within  30 days, no questions asked If your order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
  
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. The refund will be issued to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging, unused, with all labels in tact and any documentation that comes with the item.
  
Should you wish, we can arrange collection of the return for a fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to return shipping of these items. 
  

You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address. 

If you have ordered an incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.


Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@petsownus.co.uk and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Kindly note if you would like to process any claims post delivery on faulty products, we will be happy to assist. We will require protocol evidence in the form of photos and video demonstrating  the fault which may include product details.
