Made from highly durable water-resistant nylon fabric, it easily folds up to pack in the car or closet. There is plenty of storage space beneath for treats and toys. There are 2 leashes inside of the carrier to secure your dog. It features a rear entrance, and you can unzip the front pocket of the stroller so your dog can happily pop their head out and watch the world go by as you push them along.
The spacious cabin includes a cosy comfortable mattress. The water-resistant nylon fabric makes maintenance of the fabric a breeze. In the InnoPet Comfort EFA Stroller’s cabin – your fur baby’s safety is guaranteed. This stroller can be completely closed while still allowing your dog to enjoy the ride and view through the breathable mesh fabric that can be zipped around the opening.
Many customers inquire about the 12" EFA tyres, they are solid rubber. They will not puncture. The EFA Buggy Comfort has wheel suspension ensuring a smooth ride.
The bigger wheels are great on rocky, rough terrain – they allow perfect bridging on uneven surfaces. The three-wheel system puts this stroller into beast-mode when walking on off-road surfaces. The suspension ensures your precious cargo will be protected from bumps and dips. You can easily lock and unlock the rear brake with your foot as required.
The Buggy Comfort AIR is an almost identical model but with AIR tyres. If you are more likely to use the buggy on the beach and through mud or soft sand, the AIR tyres will offer better traction. I originally purchased the Innopet comfort as it's such a good looking sturdy stroller. I unboxed and set it up and was really pleased with everything, until I realised that with my dog sitting up I would not be able to zip it closed. (She has little short legs but is quite long in the body.) So I contacted Pets Own Us and with absolutely no fuss they arranged a collection, exchange and billed me for the balance. I chose the Sporty Evolution V2.0 as an upgrade. Overall both are brilliant strollers, but the added interior height plus lower rear entrance make the Sporty a better fit for my bulldog, who after a cruciate operation is left noticeably limping after longer walks. Now I can wheel her to a nice grassy place, get her out for a good walk then she gets back in to be wheeled home like the princess she is!
We ordered the EFA and then decided to upgrade to the AIR, as the EFA was out of stock. PetsOwnUs have been brilliant. Fantastic customer service. Buttons loves his new buggy. As an elderly dog he struggles to walk longer distances and he can now go on long hikes with us again. The buggy is fantastic. Very well build and very comfortable and easy to push. Even off road.

Very happy with my purchase. It’s very manoeuvrable and easy to fold and put in the boot of my small car. I’ve used in on a woodland trail and found the big wheels make it easy to use.
Purchased this for my 3 kittens as they are indoor cats to still be able to get out and explore but in a safer controlled way and this is amazing! I couldn’t recommend this stroller enough its stylish and practical not sure what else you could want! There’s more than enough space for all 3 and I have no doubt that will change much as they grow. Lots of compartments for treats, travel bowls extra water bottles and space for a travel mug or 2 for yourself and more! I also tested it out on rough terrain and it was no problem for this stroller and my cats where comfortable inside and not stressed out. 10/10 would purchase again but I doubt I will need to as the quality of this stroller is felt and seen from the moment you open the box.
I bought this buggy as one of my dogs has ruptured her ligament and is waiting for surgery. It allows her to still be outside and stops her getting restless and bored. The buggy is well made, lightweight, safe, easy to manoeuvre and a comfortable ride for the dogs. My other dog is loving it too.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products for UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within two to five business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe. These products will have a longer delivery time frame. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@petsownus.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused* product for a full refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please get in touch with us within the first 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with clear and hassle-free instructions.
Please ensure that the items are returned in an unused* and resalable condition, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, we offer a 30-day period for repairing or replacing any faulty goods. We take pride in our positive customer reviews and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction.
*Unused condition allows you to inspect the item, similar to how you would in a shop, upon receiving it, to confirm its suitability. However, it should not show any signs of outdoor use, wear, pet hair, marks, or scents.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason, as long as the item is unused and in resalable condition. To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a clear statement via email to support@petsownus.co.uk.
When exercising the right to cancel, please ensure that the items are returned in an unused condition, with the packaging in a resalable (as new) condition within 30 days of notifying us about the cancellation.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 30-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. However, we may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if they were unnecessarily handled or damaged during the return process.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, within 30 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of you sending back the goods, whichever comes first. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees during this process. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is not faulty.
Refusing an order without confirmation from us may result in the order becoming lost in transit, and in such cases, we will not refund the value of the goods. Any losses or damage incurred from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order.

Damaged or Faulty Items Received

Cancellations & Refunds
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to return shipping of these items.
You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address.
If you have ordered an incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
