The Innopet Buggy Adventure is a new addition all terrain dog stroller. Take your pooch anywhere.
The 12" EFA tyres with a front swivel wheel and shock absorber provide a smooth ride for walking, jogging or exploring beaches. It is designed for easy maneuverability, exceptionally compact and robust. There is no need to leave your sweet older fur baby at home when the adventure awaits.
The Adventure buggy takes a weight limit of up to 30kg. Ideal for a medium to large dog or 2 small best buddies. It features a slightly higher cabin than most models. There is lots of storage space for treats and your goodies with a rear zip for easy access. Whats great about the new Adventure is the zippers come pre-zipped with two zippers that allow for zipping and unzipping from both sides just like with a suitcase. No more threading a zipper like you do with a jacket every time you use it.

Wendy is my, 17 year old Miniature Poodle. She is blind and rather stiff through her pelvis meaning her short walks are now a painfully slow "sniff fest." He daughter, granddaughter and I all need to have a much faster and longer walk. Thanks to the Innopet Adventure Stroller, called the WendyWagon in my house, we can now do that. It took a lot of searching through all the strollers out there to find one that had a larger carrier area. Wendy was 8kgs at her best but in comparison to other dogs of the same weight are taller and longer and so I was careful to make sure she wouldn't be squished. The photos don't really show it because as soon as she stands up it looks as though she is overflowing but it s lovely and roomy. Thanks to Innopet we are now planning lots of days out. My biggest problem will be fitting it in my hatchback but I think if I pop off the back wheels it will all be fine.
Hi, I’m Maggie, my mum brought this nice new buggy for me & my siblings, Ollie, middle with blue collar & Lily, left with pink! I’m the gorgeous white cat! This is the best buggy ever! Mum says it’s really nice to push & get on & off the bus! She got the matching rain cover & it keeps us warm & dry. We want to go out for walks all the time now. Thanks for delivering our buggy on xmas eve so we could go out for our xmas day walk without having to use our nackered old buggy.

A great pram which is sturdy enough over rougher ground. George is comfy and happy o be in the pram. Little extras are great too, places to store poo bags and keys

We offer Free Shipping on all our products for UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within two to five business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe. These products will have a longer delivery time frame. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@petsownus.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused* product for a full refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please get in touch with us within the first 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with clear and hassle-free instructions.
Please ensure that the items are returned in an unused* and resalable condition, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, we offer a 30-day period for repairing or replacing any faulty goods. We take pride in our positive customer reviews and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction.
*Unused condition allows you to inspect the item, similar to how you would in a shop, upon receiving it, to confirm its suitability. However, it should not show any signs of outdoor use, wear, pet hair, marks, or scents.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason, as long as the item is unused and in resalable condition. To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a clear statement via email to support@petsownus.co.uk.
When exercising the right to cancel, please ensure that the items are returned in an unused condition, with the packaging in a resalable (as new) condition within 30 days of notifying us about the cancellation.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 30-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. However, we may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if they were unnecessarily handled or damaged during the return process.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, within 30 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of you sending back the goods, whichever comes first. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees during this process. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is not faulty.
Refusing an order without confirmation from us may result in the order becoming lost in transit, and in such cases, we will not refund the value of the goods. Any losses or damage incurred from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order.
To Return a Product
To initiate a return, please make sure that the product was received within the last 14 days. Send an email to support@petsownus.co.uk with the following information:

- Date of purchase
- Date the goods were received by you
- If you originally ordered multiple items, specify which ones you want to return
Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the appropriate returns address.
Damaged or Faulty Items Received
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist you accordingly. In such instances, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement where applicable.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to return shipping of these items.
You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address.
If you have ordered an incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
