Boris has chronic arthritis and recently started being non weight bearing on his front leg and he was really missing his daily walks out on the common with his brother. Now with the stroller Boris can come too, he gets a short walk at the start then hops aboard to enjoy the rest of the walk in the comfort of his stroller as he watches the world go by. Best investment ever to see my boy enjoying life once more.
We have 3 cockers of differing ages. The oldie loves to get out & about with us & his pals as he has done all his life but at nearly 13, he just cannot do the distances the 2 younger dogs like (& need) to cover. His buggy has been a game changer for him. Comes with us on all our adventures out now & when he has had enough, he jumps in & sits like royalty for the return ride. He is very comfortable & settled in there & seems to enjoy his days out made possible by having this. Easy to put up & get going & robust & secure in use. We are often on off road paths & tracks & it deals with that terrain well.
We bought the Sporty Deluxe model as we have quite a complex dog. Molly is only 4 but she has epilepsy that is not really under control. The side effects of the medication are ataxia and tiredness. This was really impacting on our lifestyle as we couldn't go on long walks.....but now we can! She just jumps in when tired for a rest. It also gives us peace of mind incase she has a seizure while we are out. We now have a safe place to put her and a way to get her home. In true border collie style she can also be neurotic and reactive in over stimulated environments so again we have a little safe haven for her. We should have bought this years ago and we are now enjoying full days out .
Very happy with the product quality and ease of assembly / disassembly. Also Very pleased to have found PetsOnUs as the service has been fantastic. We decided last minute to buy a dog buggy for an imminent holiday and received the buddy within two days of ordering. Perfect timing for our holiday. Thank you

This stroller is an absolute Gem!!, It unfolds so easy with quick release wheels for easy storage. The stroller looks the business and glides easy over surfaces. Easy access to put your dog in the back end plus comes with straps to attach to.
We unzipped the front cover so he could look out and absolutely loved it. These are great if your pooch has had an operation or is old and cannot walk far but still likes to get out and about.
Would highly recommend this stroller, it also comes with a rain cover.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products for UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within two to five business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe. These products will have a longer delivery time frame. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@petsownus.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused* product for a full refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please get in touch with us within the first 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with clear and hassle-free instructions.
Please ensure that the items are returned in an unused* and resalable condition, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, we offer a 30-day period for repairing or replacing any faulty goods. We take pride in our positive customer reviews and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction.
*Unused condition allows you to inspect the item, similar to how you would in a shop, upon receiving it, to confirm its suitability. However, it should not show any signs of outdoor use, wear, pet hair, marks, or scents.
Right to Cancel

When exercising the right to cancel, please ensure that the items are returned in an unused condition, with the packaging in a resalable (as new) condition within 30 days of notifying us about the cancellation.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 30-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. However, we may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if they were unnecessarily handled or damaged during the return process.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, within 30 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of you sending back the goods, whichever comes first. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees during this process. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is not faulty.
Refusing an order without confirmation from us may result in the order becoming lost in transit, and in such cases, we will not refund the value of the goods. Any losses or damage incurred from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order.

Cancellations & Refunds
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to return shipping of these items.
You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address.
