This stroller is perfect for our needs. It arrived on time and well packaged. It was easy to assemble and is big enough to seat both our ageing miniature schnauzers together. They prefer taking it in turns as they still like a good sniff. The air model is ideal for our forest and trail walks in the Borders of Scotland. The storage compartments are ideal for our snacks and clothing so we don’t now have to carry a rucksack. Would definitely recommend this product for people who want to leave the pavements behind
Alfie our little man (cavalier King Charles) is getting old and with his arthritis finding it hard to walk for more than a few minutes. We got the stroller for us really as our walking had reduced to that of our Alfie! Now we can go for long walks again and Alfie gets out for a walk every now and then (which is what the vet and physio recommended). Never thought we would do this, however can’t recommend enough if you have an elderly or infirm friend.
We love walking but as our dog has got older we were very restricted where we could go & for how long. We are surrounded by the beautiful Yorkshire countryside & live close to the beach so needed a stroller which we could use on hillside tracks, woodland & sand. We went with the Innopet comfort air eco. It’s a great stroller which enables us to take Maggie with us on longer walks & days out, it’s sturdy & has the larger wheels which can cope with all sorts of terrain, it’s spacious enough for Maggie to lay down but she spends most of the time sitting up watching the world go by. Frankly wish we’d got one sooner.
Absolutely fabulous, Arfa loves his pram and is very comfy and safe. No problems off road, light on the steering and easy to fold.
I was worried about Ruby but since purchasing the stroller we can go for longer walks. My other bulldog happily strolls next to her
Great timing for me to purchase this buggy. My cheaper one was on its last legs and I was concerned it would fail whilst I was out. So I took the plunge and so glad I did. It’s all ready proved its cost. Travelling over very muddy wet terrain is a breeze.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products for UK mainland.
We do our best to have your order shipped within two to five business days from the date of your order. Please note some of our products are custom made or sourced from mainland Europe. These products will have a longer delivery time frame. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.
We endeavor to have your order delivered in the shortest amount of time possible. Express delivery for the next day or within 48 hours is available in certain instances at an extra cost. Please email support@petsownus.co.uk for an accurate quote.
If, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified by email and given an option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The customer should be aware that if an order consists of more than one product, these products may be delivered separately. In these cases, the customer will accept part delivery of an order.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused* product for a full refund or exchange. To begin the return process, please get in touch with us within the first 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with clear and hassle-free instructions.
Please ensure that the items are returned in an unused* and resalable condition, with the original packaging intact. Additionally, we offer a 30-day period for repairing or replacing any faulty goods. We take pride in our positive customer reviews and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction.
*Unused condition allows you to inspect the item, similar to how you would in a shop, upon receiving it, to confirm its suitability. However, it should not show any signs of outdoor use, wear, pet hair, marks, or scents.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason, as long as the item is unused and in resalable condition. To exercise this right, please inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by sending a clear statement via email to support@petsownus.co.uk.
When exercising the right to cancel, please ensure that the items are returned in an unused condition, with the packaging in a resalable (as new) condition within 30 days of notifying us about the cancellation.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract during the 30-day cancellation period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. However, we may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the goods if they were unnecessarily handled or damaged during the return process.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, within 30 days after the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of you sending back the goods, whichever comes first. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees during this process. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if the item is not faulty.
Refusing an order without confirmation from us may result in the order becoming lost in transit, and in such cases, we will not refund the value of the goods. Any losses or damage incurred from lost parcels will be the responsibility of the person who placed the order.

Damaged or Faulty Items Received

Cancellations & Refunds
Please note some of our featured products are shipped from various countries in the EU. These items have limited return policies. In some cases an item may only be returned if it was received in a damaged condition. You (the buyer) will incur all costs related to return shipping of these items.
You (the buyer) will be responsible for the safe return of any product as well as to ensure the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product. A refund will not be issued for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address.
If you have ordered an incorrect sized item then please contact us as soon as possible and we can amend the product size for you before the item is dispatched.
